Protea ShowerTransfer Seat | Instructions

Installation of the Protea Seat should be carried out by a qualified technician, builder or plumber. The installation is carried out in 3 steps:

Step 1

Fix Wall Support Frame to wall - this should be a solid brick or blockwork wall - special strengthening will be required for partition walls.

Step 2

Attach the Swivel Bracket and Seat Assembly to the wall support frame.

Step 3

Complete the Installation - fit the plastic cover over the wall support frame.

A number of options are available at the time of installation:

1. The Seat assembly is supplied for mounting on the right hand wall of the shower. It can be modified for left hand fitting.

2. The Seat unit normally locks parallel to the wall. It can be modified to lock in the alternative position which gives a 12 degree angle to the wall.
